The Kirby family along with general manager and winemaker Tom Carson had long held a desire to expand the winerys pinot noir footprint. Toms search for the right vineyard soon led him to Tasmania, an incredibly exciting region for pinot noir. This is their first release and the volumes are tiny just 150 dozen made, and the
